Greetings,
Ben pointed out to me earlier this week that "Survivor: Africa" is
starting today (Thursday). In celebration of this happy event - or, in
my
case, because it's unavoidable anyway - you are all invited to join Max
and
me in watching the premier episode of Survivor III tonight at 8 p.m., at
the Pink Palace, followed by an evening of bridge and debauchery. Or at
least bridge.
Not long after Ben had pointed out that "Survivor: Africa" is
starting
up, he sent an email asking for suggestions of what to name his new
company
that, as I understand it, will be running educational summer camps for
children. He is apparently looking for a name that will convey the
image
of a respected, nationwide, safe, educational and fun camp experience,
and
was pretty fixated on the motif of " Learning Adventure". I
felt that "blah Learning Adventure" was uncreative, so I came up with
some
alternatives, listed below.
If you have any suggestions, please - share them with the group!
Name Ideas for Ben's Company:
----------------------------------------------
'Twin Towers Learning Explosion'
'Kids-B-Gone!'
"The amazing camp that actually frees you of your annoying
children for up to 3 full months or your money back!"
'Coed Learning Adventure'
'Mike Tyson's Earful of Education'
"We'll beat it into you if we have to."
'The Ivory Tent'
'Heaven's Gate Astronomy Camp'
'Dance Dance Evolution Science Camp and Finishing School'
'Pick Your Knows'
'Bataan Marching School'
'Manzanar Summer Internship'
'Masada Mountain Educational Camp':
"By summer's end, you'll say 'Never Again!'"
'Ted Kaczynski's Backwoods Camp for Disenchanted Children'
'Deliverance Camps: the Back Door to Learning'
'Ben and Glen's Alternate Lifestyle Adventure'
'Analphabetorama'
'Rocky Mountain Learning Fever'
'The Friendly Leper's Summer Learning Adventure'
